nadaanan ko ito kanina on the way to sucat. Sobrang traffic and ang daming usisero so nakiusi na rin ako. May nakita pa akong kamay nakalawit sa bintana. I presume he/she is dead at that time.

Bus driver blames the wind (ipu-ipo).

Baka wind gusts nga since may bagyo.

Wind gusts abroad...
http://www.theweathernetwork.com/news/storm_watch_stories3&stormfile=winds_blow_trucks_off_albert_130211

Blustery winds helped create dangerous driving conditions on highways south of Calgary on Saturday.
RCMP advised people to stay off Highway 2 between Claresholm and Fort Macleod because of the powerful winds.
One man was driving the stretch between Highway 3 and Highway 520. He said the gusts were so strong it felt like he was on a bucking horse.
The winds helped muscle nearly a dozen semis into the ditch. Many motorists were diverted by emergency personnel driving on Highway 2 for safety reasons.
The potent winds also helped to knock down trees and power for about two hours to some areas.
Dayna Vettese, a meteorologist here at The Weather Network says it all has to do with the chinook winds.
“Strong chinook winds descending from the Rockies helped create warm conditions across southern Alberta.”
Wind warnings were in place for several Alberta and Saskatchewan communities throughout the weekend.
On Saturday, peak wind gusts measured 154 km/h while Pincher Creek recorded 115 km/h gusts. Sunday's winds were even stronger in some areas. Nakiska Ridgetop recorded a 161 km/h gust.
The weekend was also feeling spring-like as temperatures rose to a high of 8°C in places like Calgary and 5°C in Edmonton at one point.
There is a down side to the warm weather. Residents are now worried about possible flooding as the warm westerly wind quickly melts all the snow.
Temperatures will continue to hover above the freezing mark through Monday as the mild trend continues.

3 dead as bus falls from Skyway

MANILA, Philippines - A bus driver and two passengers died after a passenger bus fell from the Skyway along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) this morning.

A report by radio dzMM said a bus unit of Dimple Star Transport with body number 7511 had just entered the Skyway when it suddenly went wayward and fell.

The incident happened past 11 a.m. today.

Ed Nepomuceno, an official in-charge of the Skyway operations, said during the radio interview that at least seven people, including the driver and conductor, were inside the bus when the incident happened.

The driver was declared dead around 1 p.m. at the Parañaque Medical Center. Two more passengers, who were earlier reportedly in critical condition, were declared dead hours later.

Four more people, including the bus' conductor, sustained wounds in the accident.

A report by ABS-CBN News Channel said that based on the account of the conductor, the bus was struck by a very strong wind before they fell off the Skyway.

The accident caused heavy traffic along SLEx as rescuers and Skyway personnel remove the bus.

Meanwhile, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has suspended the franchise of the bus company, pending investigations on the incident. -- Angelo L. Gutierrez
