most of the items dun sa site quoted on lazada are abroad. problema pag abroad items from lazada, walang warranty. nag order ako dati ng AMD CPU (the x4 760k) since walang available dito sa pinas. but after a few hours, I cancelled the order kasi walang warranty.
also, sa lazada kasi unlike other sites (kaso so far walang local na similar site) hindi nila kinocontrol ang quality ng items na binebenta. so naghahalo yung mga good quality at mga low quality items and most of the time, kulang ang description to accurately tell if the item is good or not. bulok pa customer service. twice na nangyari sakin na may binalik akong item kasi may defect tapos nilagay ko sa form is store credit pero via lbc remittance pinadala ang refund. it took like close to 3 weeks before they could rectify the problem
