Mga kaespiya, Nsa very critical na situation ako ngayon and kelangan ko ng advise nyo...

Nagwowork ako dito sa makati as a web developer (php programmer), maayos nmn ang work ko rito, maluwag ang rules, pdeng pumasok ng nkacasual lng, pdeng mag surf ng kahit na ano, basta super luwag dito. Yung work ko rito ay hindi gaanong maghirap kasi mejo mga simple php progs lng nmn ang gngwa ko and ang salary ko nmn ay mejo malaki (20k), kaso hindi ako ng eenjoy dito kasi hindi ako nachchallenge at malungkot kasi konti lng kmi dito.. puro bading pa.

here's the twist meron ng offer ng (30k or more) saking malaking company kaso pagpumasok ka sa knila meron kang 20 day eval period then pag hindi ka pumasa, patay ka wla kng trabaho...

here's the problem.. nahihirapan akong magdecide kung ano ang pipiliin ko sa dalawa kasi yung ngoffer sakin ng 30k+ eh super laki ng company at ang daming chikkas malayong malayo dito sa present na pinapasukan ko... at ang daming benefits.. pag nagustuhan ng client mo yung work mo pde kng magwork sa bahay nlng...

Please mga dude i need your moral support and your help! kasi hangang monday lng ang binigay saking time para magdecide... :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

mukha namang concerned ka sa job mo pare.. well sinabi mo na hindi ka nacchchalenge dba? pare tiwala lang sa sarili.. if u work harder u get better results tama ba? para sakin pare if u are not satisfied with your current work then try that job.. u have to take risks.. malay mo dba?

Pero dude super risky kasi eh... in the end aykong mawalang ng job... hindi sa wala kong tiwala sa kakayahan ko pero kasi it's now or never ang desicion. and mabait ang boss ko dito as in k tropa ko sya kaso the thing is hindi ko nkikita na nagogrow ang company at hindi ko rin nkikita yung sarili ko after 2 years dito sa pinapasukan ko...

talagang risky talaga yang gagawin mo. Ganyan talaga yan eh. Di pedeng puro panalo. Nasa sa iyo parin yang decision. Don't worry at ipagdadasal ka ng mga espiya..

If I'm in your position bro, think of the advantage and disadvantage. Weigh it.

Siguro make a checklist. Sa new job - better salary, better challenge, saka sabi mo marami chikkas, may asawa ka na ba? baka jan mo na mameet better half mo, and besides you said you don't see yourself in the same company in the next 2 years. Why don't you make the move right now?

Go for the new job, just believe in yourself.

Take the suggestion of Ambull of taking a leave kasi if for some reason, you don't succeed at least may fallback. okidoki.

i just want to share something with you. my friend used to work in a bank. the work is fine, pay is fine, officemates ok. but he took a risk. he quit his job and opened a convenient store in the province. it was risky, but it was more challenging. now, his convenient store is doing good, very good. i asked him about his risky decision way back then. his reply was simple: no guts, no glory. playing it safe is a guarantee to a boring life. its your choice.

You may have made your decision already but I hope you made the right choice. I see it as a no brainer, Chong !
