maiba naman tayo..
i desperately NEED HELP..!
malala na kalagayan ng tatay ko..he is so emaciated now
because of alcoholism..
suffering from a countless after effects of alcohol..
anyone knows about ALCOHOLIC ANONYMOUS in the Philippines?
or any help will do..
same shared experience & what had been done
will be highly appreciated..
please..

tol di ko alam kung existing ang "AA" dyan sa pnas...kung dito sa tate madali lang yan...meron hotline dito eh and its free...siguro meron din dyan sa pnas na helpline...pero di lang masyadong advertised...and wala pa rin akong experience na makasama ang isang alcoholic sa pamilya so i really have nothing to suggest... eto tol link for more info about alcoholism...sana makatulong to sayo so you could better understand your dad...here's the link...dont forget, kung may maitutulong ako sabihin mo lang tol...kung kaya ko gawin, ill do it...

limit the dosage muna sirt buttman.. wag kunin ang bisyo ng bigla... dahil mas masama ang epekto nito kung e-stop rightaway...

may uncle was an alchoholic before, 3-4 years atat yun...
he cannot sleep without a glass of fundador...
he just limit its intake like M-W-F nalang... or limit it to a half glass per day then 1/4 glass until no glas.. it took 6 months.. as for now he is dong fine ang what amazed me is that he doesnt have any liver and kidney problems...

teka anong age ng father mo?

take mo xa ng ginseng, it helps the liver from damaging. also liveraide or any silimarin capsule availiable in the market before it became liver cirosis.

my pop is 54y/o already,
been to that habit for 5 years now..
alcohol is taking its toll to him i presumed..

try nyo po kaya maginquire sa mga health centers, bka po may alam cla.
kaso bka hindi pumayag tito mo, dapat kasi wla na sya sa stage ng denial.

parang ung kapitbahay namin.. tanduay nmn ang trip.. un nga lang ang umuubos ng tinda naming tanduay eh..nakailang kahon n kaya un??.. ispin nyo n lang s umaga tanghalian hapunan.. tindi kaya ayun siguro mga six months lang.. poof it became koko crunch.. alam nyo n un.. kaya agapan mo pa tol hangga't maaga pa..
