posible na nag-upgrade sya ng VIDEO Card pero hindi nag-upgrade ng PSU

then yung na fix ang problem noon nag-upgrade sya ng PSU kaya nasabi nya yan

unless di ko rin maisip ang relationship ng PSU at FPS

it's possible na generic ung dati nyang gamit na psu and then nagupgrade siya into branded PSU with the same video card. yung generic psu kasi hindi even yung distribution ng wattage across motherboard and other peripherals. so after nyang magupgrade into branded, lumabas ung performance nung vidcard nya.

40 to 120, masterchief pwede makausap yang nag post na yan, ask ko lang san nya nabili. Teka baka may time machine din yan at galing sa future yung PSU nya ha kaya nagka ganoon

if he had PSU problems before switching to a true rated one, he wouldn't be getting low FPS, he would be getting constant auto restarts, or game crashes

my guess is that guy really has no idea how things work and he just complained about getting low FPS and had someone look at it and that someone changed the PSU AND also tweaked the game settings. so sa pagkakaalam niya PSU talaga ang dahilan ng low FPS niya
