Letter before I leave

Hello Madams & Sirs,

I'd like to ask your inputs. Next Monday, Sept 30, would be my last day dito sa current job ko 5 years and 4 mos to be exact. I will be moved to a higher position by Oct 3. Would it be ok na gumawa ng simpleng letter addressing them (friends, co workers, bosses, etc)? If yes, idk what and where to start with. Thanks sa inputs

Kung same company, hindi na siguro kailangan kasi katrabaho mo parin naman sila, position mo lang ang nagiba. Pwera na lang kung lilipat ka ng ibang company, dapat magpakain ka bago ka umalis.

Exactly. Or maybe just keep it plain and simple - "I would like to thank each and everyone for helping me pout through the endeavors...blah blah"
