The NASA Future Warfare document was supposedly found on the NASA website. It was apparently written before 9/11 twin tower attack.

It is basically about advanced weaponry-micro dust, beam and robotics, mass propaganda, depopulation and ultimately population control by the elites.

Very interesting.
