Student jumps to death from school building (De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS - CSB))

MANILA, Philippines – A 4th-year multimedia arts student died Thursday night after he allegedly jumped from the 11th floor of his school building.

Authorities said the student had just enrolled when he went up the 11th floor of the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) School of Design and Arts Building along Pablo Ocampo St. and jumped.

He was rushed to the Manila Adventist Medical Center, but passed away in the hospital.

Investigation is still ongoing as of posting, police said.  :o :o :o

Depression is real.. I guess some always have a reason to debunk it since most people have not experienced it.. But to some people depression is hard, it will keep on bothering you day and night until you get full of it and you won't even realize what you are doing until you are to the point na there is no turning back.. This news should be handled carefully sana malaman kung ano ang naging reason kung bakit nangyari yun.. nakakatakot na nakakahinayang lang talaga.

Why!? Buti nga siya maka pag enroll pa nakakapunta sa De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Ma dpress pa or for whatever reason. Dito nga sa bahay 2 beses lang kaming kumain masaya na....

Taas pa naman ng building na yan. baka love life nga yan, or maybe because of money too. we dont know. May he rest in peace.
Just like another foreigner I saw before who jumped off from high rise condo ng kassel.

napapansin ko lang ha, mas maraming nag papakamatay ngayon keysa noon. madami na kasing emo eh. dati simple lang ung buhay.. mga nadadala sa quotes quotes yan eh. may count din dyan ung mga social networking sites, kung ano ano nababasa doon. isama na din natin ung mga napapanood. simpleng buhay less stress.

Hindi lang mga kabataan mga emo ngayon, blame it on those social media sites na walang ginawa yung ibang users na mag labas ng sama ng loob nila. Naapektuhan tuloy yung ibang tao na hindi naman dapat.

sana may mag-thesis na encourage mag-psychological consultation ang mga students at maging active ang mga Guidance counselor di puro tsismis lang or nagiging active lang kapag may ginawa kang masama sa school

some universities sa ibang bansa e may consultation sila di lang psychologist even Professors they encourage students

nagiging problem na to especially mga top universities pa sa Pinas UP now La Salle sino ang susunod

maganda naman guidance center ng DLS-CSB, yun nga lang di sila pro-active. once every semester lang yun compulsory. other times yung student na mismo yung dapat pumunta at magpa-schedule. nung panahon ko ganyan, ewan ko lang ngayon.

sana dagdagan pa nila (universities) yung pagiging active ng mga guidance centers. pati na rin yung mga prof, kung sa tingin nila may problema yung student, i-report na agad nila sa guidance center para ma-aksyunan.

back sa topic, bumagsak daw sa thesis yung isang reason na tinitingnan kung bakit nagsuicide.
