Filipino sues co-workers at Intel over 'Kick Me' prank

A Filipino employee of Intel filed a lawsuit against his co-workers who allegedly subjected him to months of abused.
Harvey Palacio believed that the abuse he faced was racially motivated because he's Filipino.

The supervisor  Randy Lehman who kicked him instead of helping after reporting the incident to the supervisor was "kicked out" of Intel. Buti nga sa Bisor na gago instead na tumulong siya pa ang sumipa eh di nasipa siya.

 Chris Zeltinger isang co worker instead na tumulong kay Palacios ng tinanong kung merun bang sticker sa likod niya sumipa rin. So nasipa didn siya sa Intel.

sa hirap mag hanap ng trabaho sa US nasipa ka pa sa isang prestigous company. Yan ang napala ng mga gagong mang aapi.

wag naman pairalin "Pinoy Pride" sa mga ganitong cases. i also have had several experiences of being ridiculed upon by co-workers, but the worst abuse i took would still be from my fellow Filipinos. in Harvey Palacio's case however, i believed he has done the right decision of suing. may physical abuse na kasing involved.

highly tolerant kasi mga pinoy lalo kung migrant workers. Kaya nga preferred ang noypi sa slave labor-like jobs ng caucasians kasi masisipag talaga at hindi mareklamo.
