Quit Smoking

It's My 6th day na nag quit grabe...I used to smoke 3/4 to 1 pack per day. kung kailan pa need ng support from my girl saka pa sya busy sa eleksyon. kainis inaatake ako ng depression I guess kasama ito sa pag quit ko. tempted na akong bumili ng yosi today hayssss i hope lng talaga malampasan ko ito.....pasensya na mga ka espiya wala lng tlalagang mapaghingahan ng aking nararamdaman hehehe  peace :)

Morning Brad, my wife and I got into an argument because of my smoking. I understand her point, but then again, iniisip ko lagi na i'm in control.

I guess it's time to prove to ourselves kung sino talaga ang boss, kung tayo ba o ang bisyo natin.

Pinakamahirap ko pinagdaanan eh yung sa gabi halos di makatulog kasi masarap talaga hithit muna bago umidlip, sa umaga pag gising at pag nakaupo sa trono.

Pare koy isangkaha at kalahati ako sa isang araw more or less. Isang buwan ko nga pinag tiisan yan pero after nun makikita mo kaibahan. Haluan mo ng exercise at ibang pag kaka abalahan.

Its all in mind.

mag candy ka nalang brod. para ma divert yung pag nanais mong mag yosi. at huwag mong kaisipin na lulong ka na sa bisyong yan. makakalimutan mo din yan.

Isipin din ang pwedeng maidulot ng pag yoyosi sa mga anak at mga taong nasa paligid mas matindi ang second hand smoke na nalalanghap ng mga non smokers lalo ang mga bata.

Keep It Up mga bro's yaka nyo yan, alternative ways.. Sugar Free candies and Water Therapy take lots of fluids H2O.

Bro wag mo biglain ang pag quit sa pag yoyosi, bawasan mo nga lang mga ilang stick lang pero hindi na yung tipong 1 pack per day, sabihin natin mga 4pcs per day, hanggang sa tuluyan mo na iwan ang pag yoyosi, self control lang talaga.

Same here brad...natigilan ko mag smoke in 6 months kasi sino ba ang hindi titigil at nadala ako sa doctor akala ko yun  ang cause ng pag smoke ko..matagal ko ng gusto tumigil sa bisyo, nag try ako ng E-Cig, pero kahit na sabihin na mas ok yun kesa sa analog, nandun pa din yung habit na HITS and BUGA kaya hindi ka pa rin talaga makakaiwas sa analog cig kung minsan tumitikim pa din hehehe...cause pala ng pagkadala ko sa ospital ay stress and cholesterol hehehe...but good for me, tinakot ako ng doctor eh. Sabi ung pag smoke ko daw yung reason kaya nag stop talaga ako...ang ginawa ko totally stop talaga nung day na yun hehe..Sabi pa ng doctor hindi totoo yung bawas bawasan daw at dahan dahan kasi kahit bawas bawasan mo yan at kahit isang stick isang araw, nandun pa rin yung habit mo na hits and buga na hindi mo talaga kaya itigil...sinabayan ko ng exercise at natakot talaga ako at mataas din BP ko...I remembered pa na sinunog ko yung 2 packs of Marlboro at binaon ko putikan yung branded lighter ko hehe...Ngaun bumalik sya BWAHAHA...4 months din.. pero 2 weeks from now tumigil ulit ako :) ... Ngaun ko masasabi talaga sa sarili ko na nasa isip lang yan, at kaya ko iistop agad pag sinabi ko ayoko na... balik exercise ulit ako at mas masarap huminga at mas matagal ako mapagod, observed ko lang pag hindi na talaga nag yoyosi...sana makatulong sa nag babalak na mag quit   :P

I used to smoke 2 packs a day. Nag quit ako nung dec 5 2011. Pinaka mahirap yung 1st hanggang 3rd month. Yung sinabi ni alucardver na candy makakatulong yun. Ako naman I don't like sweets kaya ibinaling ko sa pagkain. I ate a lot during those first few months of quitting. Ipagpatuloy mo lang yan dre. Ngayon di na ko natetempt at ayaw na ayaw ko ng nakaka amoy ng usok ng sigarilyo.

almost 1 year na din ako hindi nagyoyosi. pero ngayon im into vape. try e cigarette boss. basta piliin mo lang yung juice na walang nicotine.. sakin kasi gamit ko 0 nicotine. pero meron din iba na may low-medium-high nicotine juices. para ka lang nag sshisha.  ;D

Based on my xp mahirap yan lalo na pag depressed ka kasi nakakatulong yan for your anxiety so payo ko lang is mag engage ka sa sports at exercise ka everyday para healthy
Mind. Makakatulong din yan sa pagiging depressed mo. Pwede mo rin e inspired sarili mo by reading article about smokers people na nakayanan nilang mg quit or by just adding yourself more knowledge about smoking.

Try niyo electronic cigar para pang replace sa tunay na cigar yan yong gamit ko until tuluyang huminto ako sa pag cigar. hehehheheheh :D no effect pa kung electronic cigar lol...... :D

nagquit din ako dati for 1 year kaso me nakainumang girl bumalik, naisip ko kung yung babae nagyoyosi eh ako pa?? goodluck tsong!

di na ako lumalabas ng bahay puro dota, dota, dota kahit wala konti lang alam ko sa dota...yon... umabot sa sa 3weeks na hindi na ako nagyoyosi...  then try ko mag exercise ...baka bumalik yong lakas ko non...hehehe

4 years na since last na nag smoke ako. 1 to 2 packs a day ako dati, gradual quitting from half pack to 3 sticks a day till i stopped. Nagyoyosi ako pag Depressed, Mainit ulo, Wala makausap, Pagkatapos kumain at pag nag ppoopoo hehe! Pero naisip ko nung bata naman ako naddpress din ako, umiinit ulo, and so on, pero nakayanan ko without smoking. Purely pschological. The urge is always there, it's the will power that helps me fight the urge. Yung tipong gusto ko mag quit habang young age pa(ahem! haha!) kasi ayoko magka lung cancer pag mga 70's-ish ako . Ayoko mamroblema sa hospital bills anak ko at gusto ko maabutan apo ko. Nung nag quit ako lumaki katawan ko from payatot to chubby-ish haha! yun ang napalit ko sa yosi...kain(or lamon) haha! Nayon di na yosi problema ko, katamaran na haha! kailangan mag-exercise para di ma-stroke or diabetes.

Will Power bro! ang kalaban mo jan sarili mo. Find the motivation to quit at panindigan mo. You will see, rerespetuhin ka ng mga friends and family mo when they see that you Really Quit Smoking.

good point! and in order to do that-you have to make a SHIFT in your BELIEF system po,TS. Most of the time our MIND works SUBCONSCIOUSLY. Our SC/subconscious mind are made of habits-they keep all our tracks since birth--they're so powerful. Our SC is not logical. But our CM/CONSCIOUS mind can help us. We plan and decide through our conscious mind.  So, to break a habit, we have to SHIFT and be so AWARE/CONSCIOUS in all our actions. If you find yourself having the urge to smoke--remind yourself that your the boss- you decide. Remind yourself as soon as you wake up-even if you stand in front of the mirror : I love myself. I will not do anything to HURT myself again! try to do that everyday  :D Goodluck TS.

btw, mas maganda mas focus ka na lang din sa iyung s3xual life po. As  Men (according to studies and research and so proven) who have at least have s3x 3xa week  live 10yrs longerrrr #fyi :) ijoke mo si wifey "my life is dependent on you ,if you want me to be with you foreverrr" toinksss mais!
