a bit OT but why is everyone into this inasal craze? I haven't tasted an authentic, "straight from the province where it originated" inasal dish but based on all the inasal dishes that i've eaten, it's.. well.. Authentic Crap. Parang tuyot lang na inasinan na manok. Ganun ba talaga dapat lasa nun?

factors
1. Pinoy want a unlimited rice because we are naturally ricey-vores
2. Even history in pinoy ate chicken even in the time of the Spaniards with collective memory we are conditioned to like chicken

Agree ako dito, noon andaming sahog, ngayon andaming yelo. di nadin ako bumili simula noon.

Until now, operational pa yon. ;)

One thing I don't want about Jollibee is that capital expenditure is now greater in foreign countries than the Philippines.

It is sad pero right now mas Pinoy pa ang Mc Donalds Philippines kaysa Jollibee Corporation (based on capital expenditure and projected employee hirings in the next 10 years).  Sooner or later Jollibee will hire less and less Filipinos.

This is the reason why we have stopped buying from Jollibee, right now Mc Donald's, KFC, at Goldilocks kami sa mga businesses namin.  Isang policy sa amin ay pag patronize ng Filipino companies with majority capital expenditure in the Philippines.
