Or perhaps something along these lines (with malice towards none):

1) Blame government for inadequate pre-disaster preparation and information drives.

2) Blame victims for thinking they're immortal and staying in the danger zones despite all the warnings they receive beforehand.

3) Blame media for depressing coverage ad nauseum.

4) Blame rich nations for accelerating climate change because of their consumerist lifestyles.

5) Blame ourselves for always looking for someone to blame or to depend upon rather than simply getting together and doing things for ourselves.

Bravo...  :applause  :applause

And let the blame game begin. Those who did not contributed to global warming you may draw the first blood. Seriously, the first thing we should do whenever calamity strikes is to minimize its impact. We do not need to add burden. Comparing ourselves to a more civilized country will also do no good. When filipinos are still living in caves, those countries are already flying airplanes. Our government is far from perfect. But at the least, they are not seating their asses on front of computers lambasting haters and shit.

Blame all you want. However, look at yourself if you truly believe your contribution had uplifted the spirit of those devastated family, by all means, you can throw the first stone.
