May isang website na nagsasabing ito ay "myth" lang pero marami din namang credible website na nagsasabi at may basehan talaga ang claim na nagdudulot ng  impotence ang over masturbation.

define over masturbation? gano kadalas ang over? the body produces millions of sperm and its actually healthy to let them off to flush out older ones and replenish them with new ones. pero kung tipong kada oras naman ang masturbation eh yun malamang masama na yun. There was a study that concluded it was healthy to masturbate at least once  a week or so (if memory serves right)

cguro sterility at hindi impotent kasi ang sperm need nya magstay ng 48 hours sa epididymis para magmature.

tried to read some researches but got mixed answers... one thing i am sure of is that anything in excess is bad for the body...
