But if price difference is a question, start looking out for the prices, both in Ebay and sa Pinas. Ofcourse have someone you know from the PI to look for a cellphone of your choice to know the price. Then just compare. Sa chargers naman, usually the chargers are auto-volt chargers (100v-240v input) so check your charger, nakasulat lang yan somewhere. If it only says one of the two numbers, most likely 110v, then as said above, you need a converter/transformer.
