It's no secret that the Philippine Navy needs more resources to secure the country's territorial waters. A Filipino-Chinese businessman is helping the Navy in his own way. He doesn't care if he upsets his mothers homeland he even encourage other businessmen to do the same. -ANC Business Nightly, August 4, 2014

He is Filipino by birth and blood,his mom is Filipino so he shouldn't be considered a Chinese.
