gonna give you some tips
check the cables of your internet.
are you downloading the update(SP3) and at the same time downloading another file?
did you check your unit for known viruses?
what is the difference of the other units you have that completed the download to the unit that keeps discontinuing your download?
did you ever tired to swap the unit to another cable (ie) the unit that finished your your earlier download.
is the lan card connected to the problem unit, is it working fine, i mean is if you dont have any previous problems with that unit? (assuming that you have an internet/shop/cafe)

cables, LAN card, Vcard (if your using the ones with fans...check the fans if its stuck or not rotating as it should, you have to open it though) if cables, LAN card Vcard checks out try reformatting the unit clean install, after reformat load first the update(SP3) and observe this kind of troubleshooting works for me (before reformatting isolate all troubles first) hope this helps
