i need help(SFonline client)

bro,pls help me out. my problema kasi ung special force online installer ko. ilang beses ko na inulit ulit dinawngload sa site(http://sf.mygame.ph/download/sub_gamedown.asp) nila. ganun parin my error na lumalabas pag ni run ko na (Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.). any idea mga bro kung anong problema nito and paano ayusin. thanks in advance!  sayasaya::
im sorry if i have it double post which is i have posted it also in Online Gamers Thread.
