whew! that was a 15 minute beta test... andaming nag-register. anyway at least you had a preview, but anytime you want to see it, just visit http://espiya.net/myspies

it takes time to learn a new system, so work your way around... in the meantime, back to normal muna...

in the ideal integration, the current homepage will remain as the HOMEPAGE, but your profile will link to your MySpies profile instead of the bland forum profile page. The galleries, music and videos are also all integrated, so that is what i really wanted to happen.. to integrate all our content and at the same time providing more venues for members to interact.

But this will take time (and some money) to accomplish. What I did was just a trial balloon, to get your feedback. I might use this on espiya.com instead, which sits on a different server. So what will happen is, espiya.com and espiya.net will be two separate communities.

Boss SD since sayo naman parehas ang espiya.net and .com, why not gawin mo na lang redundant yung isa and mag add na lang na subdomain like http://psforum.espiya.net or as backup http://psforum/espiya.com

Ikaw na lang bahala mag assign kung saan dyan ang primary domain mo. Im not familiar with PHP scripting sa ASP kasi pwede mo i manipulate ang domain forwarding, I think sa PHP meron din yan. Sayang naman kasi yung mga server mo hiwa-hiwalay pala. Hindi ba mahirap mag manage sayo nyan. Malamang sa susunod naka Data Center na si SD.

Go go go Guru SD. wait na lang ako sa new toys mo.

espiya.com is a different website, nandun yung blog natin na popular sa politics and celebrities (look at the discussions there), plus Page Rank 4 na sa google yun. espiya.com ranks high in search engines.

Kaya ko pinaghiwalay yan before is because the forum was consuming too much resources, so i decided to move the forum into a dedicated server, buy the domain name espiya.net and the rest is history.

so even if espiya.net is down, espiya.com remains up. Madalas na nangyayari yan na down ang server ng .net pero ang .com hindi affected kasi nasa ibang server sya. I know there is a group of webmasters in the Philippines who hate our success and I know they are attacking the servers. But they have to attack two servers to bring us down... and they fail. And if they succeed, I have a third server as back up. All our servers are dedicated servers, halos espiya lang ang lumalamon ng resources.
