3-5 sticks lang ako.. tapos lights pa.. somebody told me na kung gus2 mo na mag-quit turn to the "light ones".. parang wala naman epekto

Kudos to those who are not smoking, really guys you belong to a few goo men, hope you are....

1 year kana hindi naninigarilyo,,,swerte mo naman pare,,,kinaya mo,,,ako napag isip-isipan ko na rin mag stop pero mukhang napakahirap sakin na itigil,,,na try ko na mag stop for 1 day pero para akong baliw....................

ako dati at least 1-2 packs a day ako...blue seal pa...kaya mas matapang...marlboro mediums ang brand ko...pero ngayon quit na ako...one year na ako di humahawak ng yosi...maski pag umiinom di na ako nag-yoyosi...pulutan na lang hehehe... ;D

Whew!  Ako naman po ABSTAINER!  Never tried puffing!  Kahit yung maglagay lang ng yosi sa lips di ko na try.  For me kase, nandidiri ako sa yosi... No offense smokers!

I`m smoking for almost 16 years already. My daily average is 1 pack/PhillipMorris 100`s.  How I wish na matigil ko na yung paninigarilyo ko.  Madali na din kasi akong hingalin lalo na kapag umaakyat ng hagdan.  Paano ko ba uumpisahan?  Any suggestions mga ka-espiya..... ???
