Vitamin C's make me sleep longer

I haven't been taking Vitamins and supplements for more than 10 years.. last ata noong college pa ako

nag start ako ulit sa Vitamin C's cause it's flu season and i have a half marathon (21k run) coming in a few weeks.. okay na panigurado

pero napansin ko na  i'm sleeping way longer than usual... dati 6-7 hours daily sleep ako... sanay na body clock... magisang nagigising without alarm
after taking Vitamin C's , i'm sleeping around 9-10 hours.. ilan beses na rin ako na late sa work.. started to use phone alarm again

so ano ka meron s Vitamn C bat humaba tulog ko , and kung magpapadoctor ako what kind of doctor :D

i shifted brands from kirkland to fern-c... same pa rin.. 500g lang daily dosage ko , weight around 88kilos @ 5"9.. a bit on the heavy side

Take the more expensive route of taking in vitamins.
Get it from fruits. Check mo anong magandang vitamin c source na madali mo lang mabibili tapos i observe mo.
Inaantok din ako dati dahil sa calcium tapos nung nag powdered milk/fresh milk ako e medyo mas okay kaso yun nga mas mahal.
kaya sa fresh milk lagi akong kumukuha dun sa mga buy1take 1 na less than a month nalang expiration.

maybe our body has different ways on handling them... i don't have that observation with fern-c but feels more or less too relaxed with enervon before....
