About Rolex Repair Service
« on: August 06, 2011, 01:38:46 am »
Rolex watches are durable, long-lasting timekeepers that cost thousands of dollars and make a bold fashion statement. The Rolex name has come to represent long-term quality and prestige. Rolex products are designed to meet these high standards, but there are times when Rolex watches need to be repaired e.g., dropping or knocking the watch can damage its inner mechanism, or water entering the watch case for non water resistant watches.
If you need rolex repair then return to the dealer where you purchased your Rolex watch. Depending on what needs to be repaired on the Rolex watch, the dealer may be able to repair it. Alternatively you can call the Rolex service center listed on the owner's brochure that came with the watch. The service center will instruct you how and where to send your Rolex watch for repair. Wrap the Rolex watch in a soft cloth and place it in a small box to send to the service center. If you are sending the watch through the postal service, mail its registered returns receipt. This provides you with a paper stating that the watch was received at the service center and who signed for it. There is much debate over the correct frequency of repairs or upkeep of Rolex, but as a general thumb rule the way you use your timepiece should determine the frequency, not the level, of care it receives. It is usually suggested that you take it in to be fully serviced every three years or so and lubricated every two, if you are wearing it casually.
