kung ako sa yo canada muna ang i-target ko. immigration to US is almost impossible, even petition of relatives now takes several years/decades.

Well, a few years if a child petitions a parent or vice-versa (one to two years) for the US (and yes this is what's happening to my aunt who is being petitioned by my cousin). They no longer accept a sibling-to-sibling petition here in the US.
