Usapang Treadmill

Gat J.P. Rizal:
Iwan ko ba bat naisipang magpabili ng treadmill si kumander... para daw sa aming dalawa at magdudulot daw ng maganda sa amin (honestly medyo chubby couple na kami|).

Sino ba sa inyo may tips dyan o program sets na sinusundan nyo sa paggamit ng treadmill?   Alam ko yung nabili namin(Reebok ZR10) meron na siya 24 sets of program of using it pero baka meron maganda dyan na ma-share ninyo at baka sakaling nababagay sa amin na beginners o sa ating lahat na mga kapatid nabalak magtreadmill din.

Note: Uunahan ko lng yung mag-isip bat bumili pa ng treadmill eh puede naman tumakbo sa labas.... nasa malamig na lugar kami nakatira sa ngayon bihira lng araw, palagi malamig sa labas, ulan or frosty yung daan delikado.

Medyo leaning towards ako sa HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training. Basic explanation is sprint for 1 minute then walk for 1 or 2 minutes. Then progress from that until siguro mas mapalaki mo yung ratio ng sprinting over walking.

For me sir set your goal muna, ano ba yung gusto nyo mangyare sa pag gamit ng treadmill then start from there, I think it's either mag papayat or just to stay fit/healthy, then start from there. (either of the said goals will not only require a treadmill, it includes healthy diet etc.)

Kaya ko na suggest yan is para may direction kung baga ung pag workout and to avoid or lessen ung frustration sa result na gustong makita. Just my opinion lang po  ;D

Agree on this wag muna kayo mag jump sa threadmill.. Try high intensity workout ung tipong sarili nyung weight ang gagamitin nyu... Like squats, jumping jacks and situps...

di ako agree dito, mas maganda ang cardio ka kung ang gusto mo magawa lahat yan, focus sa cardio at dun ka maglight squats pagkatapos kasi kapag pinilit niyo yung wala kayong foundation or hirap ang katawan pede kayo magendup sa injury at muntik na ako diyan
