: 2017 toyota vios drivers compartment heating too fast?

anyone using a vios, then driving fast/braking often, feel heat in the drivers compartment? i saw a hot engine sign on the dashboard after driving rushingly for 30mins. is this normal? no leaks.

Notice that taxi drivers. .  Leave their hoods slightly ajar . . .
