What's the difference of Asian ver, US ver, and Jap ver of PS3

Mga Bro's,

Need help on this kasi balak kong bumile ng PS3 kaso lahat ng PS3 na console lumalabas ay Asian ver, ano po bang pagkakaiba ng Asian, US at Jap ver ng PS3 at my problem ba ang Asian ver sa mga games? Example is kung namimile ba ang Asian Ver ng PS3 ng mga games?

Sabi ng taga-Datablitz sakin sa compatibility ng ibang CDs pati sa online capabilities pero yung sa online pede naman gumawa ng bagong ID so no worries na yun.

REGION lock on DVDs... yun lang meaning US PS3s cannot play Euro or Asian DVD movies

Games and Bluray do not have region locks so US can play Euro and Asian versions

also power since US 110 and Asia 220 hehe

Asian ver. lahat na BR-CD Euro,Us,ASia gumgana pero ung US ver. di lht gumgana kya pg us ver. buy u bro dpt lgi Us cd ung bilhn mo lgi pra xure  ;D

guess what? last night i was watching BD sa Ps3 ko i was surprised na it play smoothly NTSC my console is PAL  but in some BD movies it won't work.

games it's universal as well yung online games & download still free.. only Dvd & BD are lock

As an additional, although Blu-ray (PS3) games are region-free, if you want to play PS1 and PS2 (if your unit is PS2 backwards compatible) titles, make sure the regions of the discs are the same with your PS3's. PS1 and PS2 region locking is still in effect even if you load the games on a PS3. Add niyo ko PSN ferdz_9999 hehehe toast::

Ang available kasi na PS3 ay yung 80GB wala na sa greenhills yung 40GB badtrip di ko naman masyado magagamit yung 80GB at wala na rin yatang backward compatibility yung 80GB na PS3

80GB may backwards compatibility sa PS2 (although not 100%), 80GB din kasi yung sa akin, 40GB wala.

ferdz9999 ano gamit mong TV sa PS3 mo? naka HDTV ka ba? Kasi meron akong LCD Monitor balak ko sana ang setup ko is gamitin ko ung LCD monitor ko tapos bile nalang ako ng TVBox. Ok lang din ba quality ng PS3 sa Flat TV?

Yung ps3 ko kase is US... yung 40 gig....

Pag euro yung cd kailangan saken HD dapat... kakaninis.... yung mga 2k9 euro version...

Greenhills sa EYO, Mr.Dynamic atbp... unang tanungin mo kung may warranty sila sa lens kasi baka maka encounter ka ng BLD failure eh.. 6K ang pa ayos nun...

madaming nag aakala na prerequisite talaga yung pagkakaron ng HDTV para makapag laro ka ng ps3

sa totoo pwede sya sa ordinary television, mas maganda lang at mas maappreciate mo yung graphics na taglay ng ps3 kung naka HDTV ka
