Huwell,umm,I'm not sure . I mean ,NO. not that i can relate that much...am not particular into size naman and i haven't seen less than 2" pa yata!  But seriously ,I think, it definitely doesn’t benefit you or the guy to tell him that you think his penis is small. Doing so will only make an already insecure fella even more insecure.It's good to be more concern to the person attached to it.If you are totally distracted by his weakest link, I suggest focusing on and complimenting his more positive physical traits will much more help your relationship.No one (except Michael Fassbender  )  is perfect — think about how it would it make you feel if a guy were to negatively comment on one of your less-than-ideally sized body parts. The fact is, since he more than likely already knows what he’s working with, telling him isn’t adding anything productive to the relationship.

well, its not a really nice thing to say to a guy that he has a small thingy. like you said, it will just add to his insecurity.

but a lot of guys are always insecure about their thingy, thinking that its small or the size is not enough. probably because we guys would tend to compare it to those that we see on porn movies and such.

like myself, ive been insecure before of my size but those whom ive had sex with would always be back for more (sorry may halong yabang), and when i read in a lot of forums that the average is 5 inches, then thats when my insecurity faded.

going back to the question, if you tell your guy that he has a small thing, its like laughing at the disability of a disabled individual.
