nag start ako ulit sa Vitamin C's cause it's flu season and i have a half marathon (21k run) coming in a few weeks.. okay na panigurado
pero napansin ko na i'm sleeping way longer than usual... dati 6-7 hours daily sleep ako... sanay na body clock... magisang nagigising without alarm
after taking Vitamin C's , i'm sleeping around 9-10 hours.. ilan beses na rin ako na late sa work.. started to use phone alarm again
so ano ka meron s Vitamn C bat humaba tulog ko , and kung magpapadoctor ako what kind of doctor
i shifted brands from kirkland to fern-c... same pa rin.. 500g lang daily dosage ko , weight around 88kilos @ 5"9.. a bit on the heavy side
