Foot issues
« on: October 25, 2011, 08:09:53 am »
Year 2004, nagkaroon ako ng major incident ng twisted ankle habang naglalaro, and it took time bago nakarecover yung paa ko sa injury.

From 2006 dito sa KSA, hindi ko pa rin maiwasan na matapilok due to wrong footing or nakatapak ng paa during basketball games, still, after recovery, tuloy pa rin ang laro, but lately, nagsusuot na ako ng ankle support.

This year, i am currently experiencing the most painful of all its effect sa ankle area ko, wherein kahit naglalakad na lang ako, may time na talagang napapasigaw ako dahil bigla siyang sumasakit.

Can i have your opinion on this mga co-espiya's? while I agree that i've gained weight from my years of experience here in KSA, i dont think this is the major cause, im looking for a better explanation or at least findings. If you have experience on the same matter, i would appreciate if you can share some of them for me to decide what to do.

Your inputs are highly appreciated.  :D

@ Tops, pa check mo sa Orthopedic then  Physical therapy.

  • Beware of half truths. You may get the wrong half.

I also had a similar ordeal with a sprained ankle.. I landed on my team mate's foot while trying to grab a rebound. And this guy was over 6 feet tall with a 14'' shoe size.. Imagine how many degrees my ankle rolled in a direction its not suppose to..  laffman::

All I could say was DAMN!.. It hurt like HELL!.

They took me to a local HILOT specialist who did a lot of nasty stuff with my foot.. pinched ,twisted and turned it in every possible direction and applied a pungent oil with god knows what it was made of.. the worst 20 mins of torture that I had to endure..

The good thing was 3-4 days after I could already walk normally without the awkward jerking when it hurts .. after a month I was back on the playing court..

I've rolled my ankle plenty of times after that sprain but not as much as I did the first time..

But I haven't experienced what you have.. maybe you need to have that checked by a professional before it gets any worst..
