Need Advice, Got wounded at the Gym

Mga pre, na ipit ung hinliliit ko sa isa sa mga dumbell habang nag gym ako at nag dugo(nag sugat). Ang kaso, medyo medyo kalawang kasi ung gamit, so napapaisip ako bka na tetano ako. Pano ko ba ma coconfirm kung na tetano nga ako or not? and kung may payo kayo pwede din. Thanks sa reply!    ::inposition

nilinis mo ba agad ang sugat?

common signs:  fever, body ache, hirap gumalaw/huminga, walang gana (kumain at kumain ng ano pang foreplay, hehehe)

but still other factors may cause it not necessarily tetanu agad.
search mo online ang symptoms .

better yet, pag mag ka fever ka in 3 days, consult a doctor na. pag hindi nmn, wala n yun.

house keeping is also a good form of exercise.


blame it on your "DUMBells" pag nilagnat ka.. hehehe

c. tetani is an ANAEROBIC bacteria. SOP ko pag ganuun paduguin muna, hugasan(soap and water pag di malalim ang sugat, distilled water lang pag malalim), betadine idodine (pag di malalim) and EXPOSE to clean air. wag ibalot sa bandage/ band aid. and do all this IMMEDIATELY after getting a wound.

^ tama siya, clostridium tetani yung bacteria na responsible sa tetano. Mali yung notion na sa kalawang nakukuha, madalas kasi yung nakakatetano e mga bagay na kinakalawang tapos tumusok sa katawan ng tao, tapos pumapasok yung bacteria sa wound.
Kung mukang naipit lang naman at hindi naman tumusok papasok sa daliri, mas malamang na wala yan pero kung gusto mo paturok, go ahaed para matahimik yung isip mo.

sir pag nagkalockjaw ka as in di mo na maiopen ang panga mo thats the sign na nainfect ka ng tetano

Mga pre ok nako, salamat sa replies ha. Hindi ako nakapag pa shot, nawala sa isip ko sa sobrang dami ng ginagawa hahaha ayun wala namang naging epekto, sugat lang talaga.

Pero kung iisipin, nakakatakot talaga ang Tetano, swerte pa din ako. Thanks guys!.  finger4u
