Help: Weight Loss

Guys, any weight loss products that you can recommend? Yung tine-take or tinitimpla. I'm gaining weight na kasi, hindi ako nakakapag exercise (kahit noon pa hehe). Jogging and lifting are not an option for me, may problema kasi ako sa joints. Sana matulungan nyo ako. :D

try mo yung sakin TS, natural siya. tigpipitong dahon ng alagaw, banaba, bayabas, pandan, at mangga. more populary know as pito-pito. sikat ito sa mga ninuno natin noon. very nutritious siya at walang caffeine. best of all, mataas ang fiber niya at malakas kumontrol ng appetite.

i think kung mag watch ka lang ng kinakain mo hindi mo na kailangan ng weight loss products

may sinuggest sa akin yung isa kong friend..Brazilian slimming coffee...maganda epekto sa kanya...slimming talaga pero di nakakabawas ng energy kasi runner un eh...di ko pa natry kasi mabaabawasan daw appetite mo safood..eh yun ang ayaw ko mawala..hehehe

ito, payong ka Espiya lang, walang proven or effective products like meds or what ever your treatment starts within yourself ok, ikaw lang makakatulong sa sarili mong problema. try to look at yourself infront of the wide or big mirror ask yourself? I was born fat ass really obese, i tried several tabs & capsules nothing works at all. I start myself workout sa isang fitness centre here. in just 6 months i achieved my goal :-) from 108kgs into 66kgs :-) i do believed it's a matter of WILL power only. diet and exercise makes perfect but dont ever deprived yourself from eating (hunger) Ok eat less work more :-) i have a waist line of 38 &1/2, nahihirapan ako maka pili ng magagandang jeans for me, Thanks God i have 32 inches na :-) now im dealing to remove my excess flabs arounf my belly :-( sa paguwi ko sa Phils ipapatanggal ko ang flabs ko...(excess skin removal)

no rice
no softdrinks
no salt
no red meats
no chicken skins
more vegies & fiber
above all drink a lot of water :-) ::pampam

I've used Oxyelite Pro ok naman sakin. It diminished my appetite kaya laking tulong rin sa pagccrave ko ng pagkain.

agree ako. swimming. easy on the joints but trains the whole body. commonly used as a part of a recovery program. imho, nothing keeps you fitter for longer than exercise. :) if your joints can take it, body weight exercises.:)
