Kapag hindi guman yun suggestion ni Kashin. Baka sira yan nabili mo, I suggest that you have it change na lang.

While on BIOS mode, lit the three LED on your keyboard by pressing Numlock, CapsLock at Scroll Lock. Then highlight Load Default Configuration and hit ENTER. Save and Exit...

Subukan mo yan laging effective yan when it comes to hardware problems.

sa mga computers you can only put one master in one ide cable. Ergo if you are using your ide cable with 2 master (ex. 1 hd as a master and 1 cd as master) one will not be recognized. Dapat one master one slave. Check your jumper setting. Naka lagay din sa likod ang placement of the jumper. or you can use another separete id cable.

good luck.

bro sa mga nabasa ko, di mo makita jumper settings. gumamit ka na lang ng isa pang IDE cable para sa cd rom mo. yung HDD leave it as it is. gamitan mo na ng isa pang cable iyang CD rom at saka mo ilagay sa secondary. chances are pareho nga nakamaster ang settings.

BTW, saan mo hinahanap yung jumper setting?
