sa tingin ko tama naman ang guy... kahit makulet eh na hahassle na nga kasi.hehe. tas ung girl biglang kinabahan dahil namura nya ung caller..hehe kaya nag ngangawa.. kasi nga sigurado tsugi sa trabaho.. nag call center na ko at naka exp ng ganyan... kahit makulet ang caller... chill lang ..hehe

some customers are really a-holes, but you have no choice but to kiss their asses.. ika nga kung sa showbiz pa, pag pinasok mo, ihanda mo na sarili mo mabugbug sa intriga... with this job you should be ready to be yelled and cursed at.. even supervisors get axed because of this  :-\

ang masasabi ko lang dyan.... normal talaga yan sa isang agent na maka encounter ng irate customer. 1st thing to do warn the customer not to use fowl words, kung ulotuloy parin sa pagmumura for at least three times... tawagin ya yung floor officer na incharge sa ganoong situation.... masakit talaga pag minumura ka but u thats part of being an agent.. just dont take that personally
