• 09 Jul 2013: SLs approved procurement thru FMS
• 25 Jul 2013: JUSMAG-PHL/SAF-IA briefing on FMS: additional 22 months
• 22 Aug 13 - LOR for P&A forwarded by OJ4 to JUSMAG
• 11 Oct 2013: Briefing of US SAF/IA representative with ASAIL and updates on the LOR.
* 1st Week of Nov 2013: Tentative release of P&A (USG Solution)
