i think this perps won't repeat such act in the same place. or if they would, they'd take some time since they'd have several "spots" that they'd be doing such. im guessing this perps are high on drugs, and rape ang trip nila. or likas lang sila manyak.
i always advice that when outside and riding PUV to note the license plates of vehicles you ride. people i know have already incorporated it in their system that they even use their cellphone to actually write the license plates and just delete the note when they are safe at home na. such practice was already found useful when a friend forgot a bag inside a cab.
but since your friend was dragged while walking in the street, the possibility of her getting the plate number is remote. when she was left afterwards, she should have gained her composure to actually note of the plate number.

napansin ko din, yung ilalim nang MRT sa EDSA, pati hagadanan nito...parang ang daling gumawa nang kagaguhan...parang "dead spot"...esp kung patay na oras....katulad na lang sa MRT Boni, dalawa entry/exit..yung malapit sa Robinson is safe, kasi maraming tao...yung sa kabilang exit dati (kasi ngayon at least may SMDC-condo na) pwede tumambay yung holdaper sa stair, 4 level of stair kasi, kaya pwede pagtaguan..din hindi masyado matao....hindi ko na din sasabihin yung elevator sa side nun...since wala nga tao minsan, para bang pag may sumabay na holdaper...wala talaga magagawa...

Agree to Mr DK yung ilalim na parte ng Santolan station na yan para talagang dead spot at konting tao lang anddyan lage. Dapat may mga guard na pumepwesto dyan kagaya dito sa Ortigas, sa ilalim ng mrt yung tulay me nakabantay na guard para kahit papano maging safe.

that should be looked into by lrt / mrt management. a few guards on those places as well as proper lighting will help in reducing crime. pag minsan kasi, nasosobrahan sa pagtitipid ang mga kumpanya. i would also advice that said incident be also relayed sa MRT as well as sa LRT, para maayos nila yung mga dapat ayusin. even though this happened outside of their establishment, since kakagaling nung tao sa MRT, kahit man lng yung approach nung place eh mailawan.

a police blotter is already sufficient. with a police blotter and the help of your friend's army dad, kaya na yan para magpalabas ang mmda ng video clips / still printout. you can even have that block of video clip archived for evidence purposes (future reference). saan ba assignment ng dad ng friend mo? post mo pala dito blotter number at police station where it was recorded. if ok lng sa iyo, you can also post scanned copy of the blotter, but make sure to "blur" the details of your friend.

dont overlook the possibility that one of the perps may be the son of a high-ranking official in one of the camps mentioned. maraming ganyan, todo disiplina sa mga tauhan, pero hindi mapasunod mga anak sa bahay. ayun, dahil hindi makontrol ng magulang, at umabot na sa ulo ang kapangyarihan ng magulang na opisyal, gumagawa na ng kalokohan para lng masiyahan. they usually start with petty shoplifting when they are young, and aarburin ni daddy na capt. or col.

Nakausap ko na yung friend ko na may daddy na militar and she said she's willing to help pero kailangan nga mapa-blotter muna namin. so yun yung next step namin. i just have to convince my friend.

tell her that we do not want to extend her agony by letting her retell her ordeal to a stranger (police). police stations nowadays have female desk officers, hence the stigma of going to the process of blotter for such case is lessened since the one who will entertain such can be a female police officer. dagdag ninyo na it is for her protection since she needs to put everything on record for any eventualities. what if in the future, twist of fate makes her face to face with her aggressors, wala na siya laban nun. it is also for the protection of other would-be victims at dapat ng matigil yan na gawain.
i am saying, the more you LINGER about the blotter thing, the more slimmer the chance of resolution of the case is. galaw na kayo while mainit pa ang eksena.

kasi what im thinking is baka matagal na nila na-ispottan yung friend mo, pinag aralan kung san yung way na pede gumawa ng kalokohan, the right place & right time ika nga...baka nga kakilala pa niya yung isa o dalawa sa grupo.
kasi as far as i know, di pede mag tagal pumarada sa area na yan & at 6pm may mga commuters dyan & maraming buses.
