the only time ive seen a situation like this is when multiple power consumers are using a single power line, in other words nakaTAP and some if not most of the power users are sharing the power bill or some of them are connected illegally to the legal connection, the only way to solve this is to have a separate power connection to the main line papunta sa mga poste, wala ka ba AVR? AVRs usually regulate the flow of power to ur pc incase of such said power fluctuation to prevent hardware damage, if wala ka AVR and nakadirect plug sa wall socket get an AVR

Better use UPS (low class). Hindi kakayanin ng AVR pag nag power surge/fluctuate ng medyo matagal.

if there are no other options left. (change connection, UPS, etc.) I guess you must sacrifice 2 hours of using your pc. smoking::

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uninterruptible_power_supply

Uninterruptable power supply (last for 10-30min depende sa load mo). Usually CPU lang nilalagyan ng UPS para hindi masyado makunsumo sa power just incase mag brownout. Read thru na lang yung nasa wikipedia for the specs and uses.

mahal ang kailangan mong UPS. if 2hours yan, you will need a UPS with a power rating of more than 1500VA (baka nasa mga 3000VA na ang kailangan mo)

all other options will involve costs. i.e. getting a power booster (a lot more expensive than a UPS).

ano ba pc mo? CRT monitor na 90watts? if yes, you can try using an LCD monitor, they consume way lower power (max is around 25watts only). it might help but then again it may not (we do not know the extent of the power fluctuation in your area so we can't say for sure)
