HELP ANY1 SETTING-UP AN INTERNET CAFE

hello every1 im very confused ryt now. i am currently planning to put up a small bizness (internet cafe) a server & 4 client unit
i only have a budget of 100k.
can u pls help me to build a good performing sever that will cost only about 20-25k w/ DVD/RW. and a client PC for only 15-17k only but it can perform well and play games like dota and nba live 2006 & the monitor can be 2nd hand units.. dont include the cabling and other things.. i just want to have the ryt specs for my PC. im not that much knowlegdeable in these field so do pls help me. im begging for your help.. lets squeezed my budget! tenk u
NOTE: i have a router.

pre dati muntik na ako magtayo niyan kaso di lang natuloy  ;D ang masasabi ko lang pag server intel pag pang clients amd

tapos sa mouse bili ka na ng murang optical mouse kasi pag yung mouse mo eh yung normal na de bola masisira lang yun sa katagalan mas ok pa na nag optical ka nalang kasi walang moving parts yun eh ilaw lang talaga at mas accurate pa.

yung ram and processor ang main concern mo sa system unit malaki ang mababawas sa gastos kung yung ibang parts ay 2nd hand (surplus) tulad ng harddisk, ram, power supply etc. basta ba marunong mamili yung bibili ok yun kahit 2nd hand wala masyadong concern dun. pati yung casing di ka na kaialngan bumili ng brand new kahit 2nd hand nalang yun. kahit spraypaint mo nalang ng itim ok na yun hehehe. try mo sa gilmore o kaya pc express.

dapat lang yung gagawa ng unit mo maasahan para di ka maloko sa specs tutal ikaw narin nagsabi na wala ka masyadong alam.

videocard mo gawin mo nang 128 para masaya yung customers mo pag naglalaro.

just a little commentregarding your plan to set up a small internet shop.. buti ka pa may forum na napagtatanungan before you made your decision, maraming involve sa pagtatayo ng internet cafe mas maganda kung gumawa ka muna ng feasibility study regarding this.. and kung gusto mong malaman ang mga nakuha  kong tips from a certain forum just PM me for some details....

ok magbuo ng pc lalo na kung marunong ka sa pag assemble, andyan din ang gilmore na puno ng mga bilihan ng parts ng pc

pero sa limited na budget mo, mas ok siguro kung mag inquire ka sa pldt, ok nga e nung nakita ko nung kamakalawa sa tv patrol, kasi setup na lahat pati tables na may malulupet na stickers, naka preinstalled narin yung mga games, saka siguradong lisensyado na windows mo nyan dahil galing pldt (sure ito)

ok din yung commercial ng smart bro para sa mga small tindahan owners ung 1pc lang
2600 a month
ung sa pldt 35k ang downpayment , tignan mo na lang dito sa site ng smartbro ,

 andyan ung sa pldt at sa smartbro package , tawag ka narin sa kanila para sa mas detalyadong impormasyon

para mas ok rin pala at hindi mababoy mga pc mo, lagyan mo ng security administrator para mapipili mo lang yung mga mapapaandar na application sa pc mo, or lagay ka ng internet cafe pro para may control ka sa oras ng pc at walang nambuburaot

sige goodluck sa business mo at balitaan mo na lang kami dito kung ano na nangyari  ;)
