need help about cmos

mga bro magtatanong lng ako kung ano b problema pag ayaw masave ang cmos setup

ganito po kc yun tuwing mag oopen ako ng pc kailangan pa munag magdaan sa cmos setup pra mdetect nya tapos sk lng mag oopen ang os kaso pag off mo at open mo ulit yun pc or nirestart ko di nya madetect kung nsaan ang os kya pupunta nnman ako sa cmos setup. ano po kya dahila at pano po kya maayos to.

sana po ay matulungan nyo ko.........

Try mo check the Battery of your Cmos dude. Yan yung battery sa mother board mo. Parang battery ng Relo Pero mejo malaki. Karamihan ng ganyan eh out of battery na yung Bios/Cmos kaya hindi na masave yung config.

Try mo po palitan ang cmos battery mo.  Baka matagal na yan or defective.

i think ung boot priority mo is not properly configured, u should configure it to scan the OS on the hard drive, baka kc wala nakaspecify sa boot priority(HD,FLOPPY,CD-ROM,others like memory cards na nakakabit sa card reader)

yung boot priority ok nman nsesave sya kaso pagdating sa detection ng os di sya masave. after mo set san locationg ng os magagamit mo n sya mag oopen n ang os ang kaso pag off o restart di nnman mdetect yung os nyo so punta nnmn ullit sa cmos. ganun palagi. maybe sa battery nga. wla kyang sa hardisk ang depearensya, sn lang wla dun sa hardisk ang problema kc la pa ko pera para dun.

im going out on a limb here, at some point was there 2 or more OS installed in your PC?

i think its a Windows Registry problem there the OS priority setting is configured incorrect;y

just do it 1 step at a time para nde ka magulo, try to change or test the battery first. if walang problem, maybe ung cnasabi ni bro xtian dahilan..

hindi magsave ang settings? most common reason for that is the battery needs to be replaced. gano katagal na yang pc mo?

yung about sa boot priority, thats a little far fetched already. kahit anong configuration ng boot priority mo the settings will be saved. besides, kahit na una ang FDD, CDROM sa boot priority, it will still detect the HDD next pag walang makitang boot info sa FDD and CDROM

yung pc po n may prob ay p3 medyo mgal n nga yun cguro battery nga ang deperensya try ko pong palitan.

Bro... Basically check mo muna ung battery if it's working ....pano susubukan?? dun sa may os (xp) dba may date/time dun once na hndi nag autoupdate ung date and time nun it mins magpalit ka na nung battery else cra na ung cmos mo...

Then kpag ayaw parin format mo ung HardDrive mo kc most of the time dahil sa bugs/virus sa harddrive nangyayari yan .. Try mo rin na magpalit ng IDE cable ng system mo baka cra kaya nagkakaron ng interruption sa pag boot ng OS (xp) kc wla naman problema kung first boot mo ung cd-rom or floppy tpos ung HD0 (Hard Disk)...Eh..Try mo rin na check ung jumper setting kung okey dpat ung Harddrive mo eh naka set sa Primary...okey.

bro...check ur mobo batt, try replacing it..di yan mahal..and u might wanna try flashing ur bios as a last option...have u tried resetting ur bios through the jumper?

Ako sayo e.update ko ang BIOS, magsearch ka ng name ng mboard mo at chipset nyan,
tapos download mo bios flash nyan..
