mga ka espiya.. posible po ba na magamit ko ang onboard vcard ng desktop ko while using my geforce vcard too.? parang ung sa mga laptop ba,, na pag naglagay ka ng projector or isa pang monitor eh pwede ka pumili kung "extended display" "duplicat display" etc.. posible po kaya.. kung pwede pa guide nman how to do it.. thankyou..

1) ano balak mo multiple Monitor setup ba or Multi GPU setup? how many?
2) ano ba talaga gamit mo Desktop or laptop
3) ilan ang AGP slots ng Motherboard mo if Desktop

Automatic disable na ang onboard graphics card mo if naglagay k ng dedicated v.card as u mention..
geforce gamit mo so u can used the dedicated v.card and u can use multiple monitors if ur using high end
v.card like the gtx 400,500,and the lastest from nvidia eh ung 600 series nila.
if gamer k nmn at my budget then go for the SLI for nvidia and crossfire X for
AMD, u can used 2 or more v.card(same model) im a computer technician and a gamer

1) ang gusto mo mangyari is SLI with Nvidia Geforce video cards right so you need 2 or more Video Cards
2) only AMD/ATI Onboard video cards can Crossfire with another AMD Video card pero specific compatibilities based on model meaning specific ATI vidcards can Crossfire with an onboard ATI GPU or other ATI Vidcards
3) 1 ATI Video card in the 5000, 6000, 7000 series is capable of EYEFINITY Multi Display setup if you want a 6 Monitor setup then you need 2 ATI Video cards usually the same card model
4) 1 nVidia video card(provided it has 2 Video output ports like VGA/DVI/HDMI/Display Port/mini Display Port) can use 2 Monitors/Output at the same time but if you want 3 Monitors/Output you need to 2 SLI capable Nvidia video cards(refer to the list http://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/sli/supported-gpus)

May "surround" feature ang 5 and 6 series ng nvidia which enables you to use upto 4 monitors in a single videocard. Kung need mo 5 and up, dun ka mag sli.

uu ppwede bro, magiging extension yung isang monitor mo yun ay kung yun ang balak mo. pero kung gusto mo naman ng multi pc, meron ka pang software na gagamitin para magawa mo un.

desktop po ang gamit ko. gigabyte na mobo (GA-H61M ds2) at NVIDIA GFORCE 210 nman po ang vcard ko... gusto ko lang po magdagdag ng isa pang monitor, and connected ito sa on board VGA ko... itong primary monitor ko eh sa geforce nka connect... posible kaya gumana cla at the same time? thank mga bro..

yung gusto mong sabay gamitin hindi pwede yun. what you can do is if your video card has more than one connector (i.e. merong VGA port, and meron din HDMI/DVI port) dun mo kabit both monitors mo, pag kinabit moa ng isa sa onboard and ang isa sa discreet, isa lang mag magkakaron ng display (usually it will be the discreet one). as mentioned pag merong discreet video card, the default setting is the onboard video card will be disabled

as for the gamer and SLI comment, you dont really need that kahit gamer ka. the performance boost isn't that much of a big deal. gawin mo lang yan if puro high end ang components ng computer mo AND you have cash to spend. you will only enjoy SLI if ALL your components are really high end so you can put max settings on games. otherwise, one card is more than capable of playing the game at high settings. if you have an existing card and thinking of going SLI by adding one more of the same card, i would highly advice you check a single new card first. the gains of going SLI with your existing card might not be worth it, baka mas ok pa pag isang bagong card na lang na higher sa current mo

dun naman sa 3 monitor output, this depends on your video card, the newer cards (nvidia) support up to 3 outputs already so no need to SLI (kaso sobrang high end na yun, you might be better off going SLI). kung AMD, then they have eyefinity

KUng built in and geforce sabay; Hindi pwede kasi ma dissable ang built in pag may video card sa PCI-e slot, check mo sa device manager diba mawawala ang built in video card.

Kun dalawang video card example 2 x geforce 210 ; pwede and pwede ka ring mag connect ng mas maraming monitor. either extended  desktop or mirror desktop. pero combined performance like crossfire or sli,; di pwede ang geforce 210 dapat higher models ng VC

na confuse ka cguro sa laptop, ang laptop kasi ang dedicated VC like nvidia gt540m may "optimus" features ; mag on sya pag graphic intensive na ang software or depende sa pagka configure mo. so far sa laptop koo pa nakikita pero posibly  may mga models ng motherboard na may power saving features like optimus.

Since you mention H61m ang chipset ng mobo mo, ang built in VC is inside the processor itself and possibly PWEDE but kailangan mo i change kun saan naka plug ang monitor mo, or kung multi monitor ka set mo ang primary monitor mo sa monitor kun saan nakakabit sa geforce 210.

Meron palang bagong technology about that, pero kailangan ang chipset is Z68 and u can use the software called lucid virtue. lucid virtue has similar features ng OPTIMUS sa laptop. ma manage mo kung which card to choose on certain softwares.

im using lucid virtu (using z68 mobo), all it does is somewhat parang laptop na switchable graphics. if on power saving, ang gagana lang is yung onboard, pag gaming, it will use the discreet one. ang gusto niya is multiple monitor setup, which lucid virtu will not address

hindi parin pwede kahit lucid virtu gamit mo. you cannot use both the onboard one and the discreet one

the newer z77 chipset with lucid virtu MVP MIGHT allow it since pag  yun gamit mo it will no longer matter san mo isaksak ang monitor mo so it might allow you to have one monitor in onboard and one in discreet and give you extended display

Onboard GPU will not be detected if there is a dedicated GPU.

Actually pwede syang sabay na onboard at Video card in a hybrid crossfire mode sa mga newer models ng motherboards ng Gigabyte.. Mine has support for that feature (di ko lang sure dun sa board ni TS) pero di ko nasusubukan kasi Nvidia lagi ang gamit kong card.. Sa ATi cards lang pwede yung hybrid crossfire kaya di rin pwede sa current config ni TS kahit supported ng board..

Anyway, yung plano mong may extend desktop at duplicate display is as easy as connecting 2 monitors in your videocard's outputs..

Sa sinabi nila hindi pwede sa current setup mo ngayon. If gusto mo bumili ka ng bagong video card na parang ganito ang itsura (or depende sa interface na meron ka)
