Basketball uniform need to change format jpeg to vector

mga ka espiya... pa edit naman po ng basketball uniform po naman'

*yung name po ng team namin...  LSI3

*need to convert  jpeg  to vector  [ dapat po sa vector po maging movable yung mga kidlat at color and fonts

sir bogli_guy need po kc ng EPS/Vector format... for sublimation kaya po need ng patahian ng ganun format.. sana po matulungan nyo po ako... thanks po
