Its been a long time na talaga since last tym na hindi humihinto yung sipon ko,anu po ba yung cure nito?kasi every time i woke up meron talaga sipon yung ilong ko,nakaka inis.huhu need help po mga medical experts dyan.

seconded ko po mga sinabe nila, and Rest to Bed Early for better immunity . don't stay up so late,nakakababa din po ng resistance ang palageng yatpu at nakakalala ng kapag may sipon po tyu.

pa check up ka sa ENT na doktor wag ordinary doktor lang. Then pa reseta ka ng nasal spray. Wag na yung mga tablets na anti allergy pahihirapan ka lang niyan lalo na kung marami kang gawain. Kung may lahi kayong merong allergy then welcome to the club. Lifetime pero pwede maiwasan its all about proper maintenance and knowing the do's and don'ts.

You could be allergic to dust mites.Dust your bedroom and wash the sheets, comforter, and curtains.Avoid using air freshner, strong perfumes. Remove wall/floor carpets. Try to replace all your pillows to hypo-allergenic pillows.My doctor explains, When you're asleep your body is reclining, so all the fluids from nasal passages drain to your sinus cavity, and when you sit up in the morning, your body has to clean it out..But still, the sure way to find out is go to an allergologist and also for proper medications.. I have allergy too, chronic one. I am currently getting 3 shots a month for pollen, dust and mold I hope you feel better soon
