Isang kulang sa military forces natin ay ang Emergency Response Plan / Evacuation Plan. Wala ka man lang makita na kasamahan nila na bigyan ng paunang lunas ang mga tinamaan. Dapat ayusin din nila ito. Wag lang naman sana puro bulsa nila ang pinupuno.
