Sponsor a student campaign

Sponsor an elementary or high school student for school year 2006-2007

this is a little late since school has already started but there might still be some who are interested

you can sponsor an elementary student for 1000 and a high school student for 1500

amount will go to books, school supplies and other needs of the student

this project is from the sacred heart parish in obrero. narinig ko lang to last sunday sa mass and i thought maybe there are some people who would like to help. usually kasi when you heard about things like adopt a student, it usually involves bigger amounts so may apprehensions yung iba

pero for this amount, i think its more affordable and people would be a lot more willing to help

we can pool together our resources for this or you can simply go to the sacred heart parish office in obrero

maganda sana, i can even invite my friends from all over the world (scattered na sila from US, Canada, Singapore, KSA, UAE, etc) to participate at least marami narin matutulongan na studyante yan, pls find a resource paano, i will organize my own group to sponsor at least about 20 students siguro or more...

hmm... we can have one person collect all the donations and coordinate with the parish

as for resources kung pano ibigay ang pera, i can suggest you can send it someone from davao first and sya na magbigay sa parish in behalf of those people that sent the money

maganda to, it gave me an idea on how i can help my alma mater even in just my own little way.  Organize nyo nalang siguro jan sa mga taga davao, mahirap kc padala kc nasa ibang bansa kami, organize ko rin sa amin at least my parents is there to facilitate...

its already august, im not sure if the parish is still offering this

you can check at the parish itself if you are interested

im trying to work something out. something like a fund we gather together and then next sem, bigay natin sa parish. kasi sa ngayon, august na medyo alanganin na for donations. im thinking we can set up a fund nalang muna wherein we gather all donations from members then pag next sem, bigay natin sa parish office

still trying to work out how we can do that
