Guys pa advice namn kung saan ako puwedeng pumunta kasi parang hindi kaya ng isang Family Doctor kashit kilalang Hospital na napuntahan ko, situation ko ganito nagpa massage kaasi ako last November 2014, kasimeho masakit ang ang likod ko,so OK naman siya after 2days biglang parang na ngalay ang likod ko pero at this point everytime na igagalaw ko kaliwang braso ko pababa at at pataas,,parang merong ugat na naipit so pakiramdama ko na ngangalay sita at pag may aabutin ako sa baba parang nag kokoryente hanggang braso ko,kaya sabi ng iba baka naipitan daw ako ng ugat,,ayoko na kasi ipa reflex pa ito nadala na ako..salamat

That depends sir kung ano mga modalitie s na gagamitin sayo. First they will refer you to their Rehab Doctor for consutations mga 500, after that you will undergo physical therapy. From what you said most probably you have a nerve root impingement on your neck that's why you have radiating pain on your shoulder up to your arm. The treatment of choice for you is traction, HMP, TENS & US. At least prepare 1K-2K sir, bka resetahan ka pa kasi ng mga ointments or medicines.

Mukhang may idea ako dito. Pwedeng isa ito sa mga nerve impingement syndrome na nakakaapekto sa paggalaw ng muscle at may effect din sa pamamanhid. Hindi lang dapat sa physical therapist. Ang doktor na hanap mo e physiatrist. Para malaman kung ano ang specific na problema gagamitan ka ng X-Ray, MRI (depende sa ospital. Kung St Luke's iyan malamang ipu-push nila na magamit ang diagnostic machine nila.), nerve conduction velocity (susukatin kung gaano kabilis ang speed ng nerve transmission. Gusto rin nating i-rule out ang iba pang sakit gaya ng multiple sclerosis o ALS).
Ang per session sa PT? Bago ako umalis sa clinic, pinakamaliit na ang P150 per session. Depende pa rin sa nakaresetang exercises o kung kailangan man ng mga physical modality gaya ng ultrasound, TENS o traction (baka kailanganin ng cervical traction kung ang problema e may naipit na ugat sa leeg). Pwede rin namang home exercises din ang kasama, pero malabo ang compliance kaya iba pa rin ang nababantayan ng therapist. Ang mga PT sa Makati Medical Center, The Medical City, UERMMMC, Capitol Medical Center at St Luke's Hospital ay alam ang kanilang ginagawa.

Magandang hapon po sa inyo, medyo nag OK na yung likod ko 3 days na nakakalipas..nagpunta po ako sa isang Association ng manghihilot and effective talaga..pero syempre almost 70% ng sakit na nraramdaman ko nawala..dahil sa tagal daw naka stock nito likod ko almost 4 months...sa may bndang pasig po sila at lisensyado po sila mura pa ng singil

nice to hear that ts... next time be careful in choosing a massage center... make sure that their masseurs are all trained and are professionals in this field....
