Topic: Diablo 3 versus Starcraft 2, which one is better?

I used to be a pro gamer back when i was younger(not that old!  ), from competing on tournaments or just plain game matches. When i was getting older it seems counterstrike/starcraft/Warcraft ladder matches don't interest me anymore.

Playing Diablo is a great time waster and also for stracraft. And looking at diablo 3 trailers made me think that the graphics are good, new characters, and gameplay wise its good. On the other hand, starcraft seems like more profitable, given you have the skills to compete.

So what do you think guys? Diablo 3 or starcraft 2 if ever you have to choose one.

i like starcraft 2, for strategy game..kahit nasa bronze lang ako ng 3v3.. i never played 1v1 kasi mashado pag macro d ko kakaya.. so nag stick ako sa 3v3 and 4v4..

and i think magugustuhan ko din ang diablo 3 for mmo..
different type of gaming kasi sila e, kaya depende pa di sayo kung anong masgusto mo..

i have fps game, mmo and strategy game.. depende sa mood ko kung ano trip ko laruin..pero mas madalas kong nilalaro ay sc2..

2 different game genres kaya hindi talaga masasabi which is better pero the 1st colored game i saw on a PC was Diablo and from my Pentium 1 266mhz cpu its been a love affair for more than a decade

kung profit lang diablo 3 is a sure winner. dahil un real money trading is legal sa auction house.

Mahirap sabihin kasi magkaiba sila ng genre. Starcraft is RTS while Diablo naman is MMO.
I'd pick Starcraft kasi i've been a fan noon pa. Diablo is equally good kaso lang mas type

Maganda ang story ng Diablo 2 campaign mode and for sure ganun din ang diablo 3.
So my choice is D3 - more on RPG and single person/player ako over team game.

I don't think they are the type of games to be compared. StarCraft II is an RTS, while Diablo III is an RPG.

If you like RTS then I suggest Starcraft II, I'm currently ranked top 15 in the Diamond League BTW Almost top 10% of all players.

Diablo III ayus na ayus yan sir lalo na kung nanood ka ng mga beta play. The game would be more enjoyable kung high end ang computer at net mo for better gameplay.

There's the answer.. If you have korean-level skills, Starcraft is for you.. You won't enjoy it anyway if you're not competitive..

D3 is linear, dumb fun, repetitive but quite addictive.
Starcraft 2 is a strategy game.
