from a scientific point of view, a life form greater than our planet sounds implausible. for him to have evolved requires really huge habitat of life-forming planet. any planet large enough are already gas planets. life wouldn't have evolved in those planets. atmosphere couldn't trap energy from the sun, no chemical processes to nourish ground nutritional value, etc.
for a planet to be called goldilocks planet, it has to be in the right habitable zone from its sun and has to be rocky planet like our very own. in fact, has we been slightly father or nearer to the sun, life wouldn't have been formed. we, astronomers/astrophysicists calculated that if we are 5% closer to the sun, we would have a huge expanse of a dry desert all over our continents, and 10% father from the sun would be extremely hglacier cold. in any of those environmental condition, life cannot be formed.
