HELP!!! Missing Files in Making a Backup

mga bro's any idea what's the really cause of Missing files when i'm going to check all the files after finishing a Backup?

some of my database files are missing. ngaun q lang nlaman n my missing files after icheck yung Backup. thanks!

mostly, ang cause ng missing files after running a backup is because currently engaged yung file na tinatry mo ibackup. try to use a software which is capable of handling open files .. usually, they are the ones which are shadow copy enabled. medyo matagal lang ng konti than normal backup but such softwares can copy open/engaged files and/or application dlls.
