kinukulit kasi ako ng tropa dito sa amin mag-search daw ako ng mga feedbacks or reactions from taking such medicines
kakahiya naman hindi ako kumilos hehehe
feedbacks po or reactions about sa dalawang meds

kumain ka man, di ganon karami :D i mean, kunware makakita ka ng foods sa lamesa, matakam ka.... pero pag isusubo mo na yung food, di ka na ganon kaeager na ubusin yung pagkain smoking:: bibilis beat ng heart mo ::) na parang lagi kang kinakabahan kahit wala kang reason to feel to.... dryness ng skin.... ayun! MALAKAS KA SA PUYATAN! :D ;D :D hyper ka kapag nakainom ka ng xenical smoking:: whatelse? smoking:: di ko na maalala eh.. tagal na rin kasing hindi ako umiinom ng ganyan kasi wala ng nagbebenta niyan dito... meron akong kasama sa work, she tried to drink that xenical, she bought good for one week, tatlong araw pa lang inistop na niya paginom... di daw niya kaya smoking:: so i guess, kung gusto talagang magtry na uminom neto, try it! pero alam niyo naman siguro sarili niyo.. kung hindi kaya ng katawan, STOP! ganun lang yun... in my case... hindi ko naman kasi inaraw araw... alam ko naman kasi epekto ng gamot na yan smoking::

parang ephedrine epekto nya ah...  parang shabu.. alam ko kasi yung xenical tinutulungan nyang hindi ma absorb ng katawan mo ang taba..

when i,myself, tried xenical, as in sabi sabi lang ako narinig :D hindi ko niresearch sa net or hndi ko chineck kung anong klaseng gamot ba talaga to... that's why kung anuman ang naipost ko about this... eh based on my experience lang po toast::



lately ko na lang nalaman scientifically meaning ng xenical smoking:: which.... sabi ko, eh ano ngayon?! nakainom na ako at nasubukan ko na... ngayon ko pa iisipin meaning niya toast:: wahahahahahahaha :P



in my own opinion naman kasi sa mga diet pills na yan, kung makakaya at madadaan sa balanced diet, proper eating, exercise and etc etc, di naman kelangang GAMOT directly ang inumin... of course may at maraming side effects yan smoking:: halo halong chemicals ang laman ng isang capsule/tablets kaya :P sa akin naman, kinailangan ko lang talaga dati ::) ::) ::)

may kakilala akong nagtry ng xenical,
effective naman daw,
kaso pagumuutot may lumalabas na oil..
at pag dumudumi, may kasama ring oil..

pero balance diet lang ang katapat nyan..
ako nga stress lang, pumapayat na ako.. hehehehehe

advisable sila inumin pag kakain ka ng mamantikang food like lechon, bulalo, fried chicken etc, etc...
tumira ako LESSOFAT lang kasi mahal ng XENICAL, in fairness effective talaga...
downside is masakit sa bulsa pag inaraw araw mo...

eto daw ang totoong nakaka payat sabi ng friend ko n Md "no kidding"

a torid kiss before having sex makes you loose 3 to 5 pounds (sorry kung mali spelling)

And a succesfull intercourse makes you loose 5 to 10 pounds (sabi ng friend ko na MD)

i have have no idea kung talagang totoo pero in my case parang totoo nga .. aheheheh joke  ;D ;D ;D

malangis daw talaga epek ng xenical, my friend used zytrim (di ko alam kung tama spelling) or reductil (di ko rin alam ang spelling, nakakawala raw ng panlasa at nakakawala ng gana kumain, tas makalakas ng pawis, drink siya nito combined with biking at kaunting diet eh laki ng pinayat, i'm thinking of drinking it nga eh, tas may isa pa raw, fatloss yata yun drug, pag drink ka raw nun eh feeling mo lagi kang busog at walang panlasa. share ko lang naman, mejo OT, ahahaha!

kumusta reductil ma`m? gumamit kasi friend ko just to jumpstart daw eh, tas after 2 weeks tinigil na nya kasi naka-adjust na katawan nya dun sa unti lang eat, sasahod na kasi sa byernes eh gusto ko sana i-try, jumpstart rin ikanga, i already lost 10lbs from march gawa ng aerobics (nagturo ako ng aerobics sa special children nun summer, ehehe) eh gusto ko pa sanang sundutin pa ng kaunti, :)

yun nga rin side effect sa friend ko, now lang niya tinext, isshare ko sana eh naunahan mo ko, ahahaha! ma`m, baka naman kape ang pinantulak mo nun reductil? ahahahaha!

salamat sa pagshare, at least confirmed na may anxiety attack kind of side effect sya, mukhang kaya ko yun, kahit 1 week lang, ahahahaha!

phentermine na lang o kaya ionamine - mas mabilis yan mura pa. kaya lang tama nya parang shabu. pero makakabili ka nyan otc.

kung gusto nyo ng hardcore na dieting, the best ang metformin. goes best with ketogenic diets (low carb, high fat, high protein diet). dosing is 500mg 3x a day to keep carb stores low. tapos kapag nakuha mo na yung ideal weight mo (mga 2 weeks = 20 lbs: discipline!!!) shift to mediterranean diet para malinis yung cholesterol na naaccumulate galing sa keto diet.

btw all drugs are prescription drugs.
