Glimpse Of A Mirage

many do describe surreal being apart from reality
covering up for facades of those who are guilty
but being surreal is not just being dreamlike quality;
it is what mirage hides and keeps for eternity

How can you smile when you are sad
and still laugh when you're feeling bad?
Why does your hello sounds like goodbye
and your Hi's more likely telling a lie?

is it me thinking this way or is it just me?
or being together you just don't wanna be?
series of never-ending questions,damn your serenity;
`cause for you we're just a glimpse of this mirage more than probably

the night quickly drifted away
along with the words you used to say
tomorrow would be another day
and still I`m here to stay

Life’s going on shattering sway
mishaps do occur; come what may
From a blissful account it started
Unto a tragic mood it would end

The story cut short
is a real tale of some sort
it was what fate distort
when our decisions come forth

i do hope against hope one day
that you’re far from being away
and these words i`ll hear you`ll say,
“It was in my heart where you stayed
and forevermore you will stay”

i`m staring at your eyes creating laughter
As bright as the miracles shining last summer

it was without you when i first realized
that living this world lonely i`m so terrified
it was within me that raise this bliss ignorance
of living without you would make my heart petrified

you are my sickness; yet you are the cure
you are my strength; yet you're my downfall
you make me doubt; yet you made me make sure
you`re not perfect but still proving them wrong

I do believe in sweet miracles personally
cause you're the proof of this change in me..

Even today isnt so gentle nor kind
Trust me, we`ll leave them all behind

I`ll shield you from the shadows of your flight
But when they get through and bother you deep

So take my hand, I`ll prove love`s a mystery

dahandahang umiihip ang hangin ng pag-iisa
dumampi sa mukhang nagdarasal ng pag-asa
isang halimuyak na di inakalang darating kailanman
dinamayan ako sa gitna ng  matinding kalungkutan

bawat sandali di alam ang gagawin at natataranta
nabighani mo at nagawang ako sa iyo`y matulala
kahit lason pa ang sa buhay ko iyong daladala
ikaw pa rin ang nag-iisa.. o aking tarantula

ikaw ang tumahi ng napunit kong mundo ng pighati
habambuhay nang mawawala ang dalamhati
dahil sayo nag iba ang kaligayahan kong kalahati
habambuhay nang saiyo ang puso kong walang kahati

at sa iyong paglisan ako ay matataranta
sa gitna ng parang ako ay matutulala
wag na wag kang lalayo isumpa mo sa mga tala
ikaw lang ang nag-iisa.. ang aking tarantula
