May Future pa ba ang BPO's (Call Centers)?

Mga ka Espiya, dahil sa financial crisis, madami nang nagsasara na companies sa US at iba pang mayayaman na bansa.

Ang ilan sa mga nagsasara na ito ay mga clients ng mga call center dito sa Pinas, kilala din bilang
business process outsourcing (BPO) companies.

May mga balita na daw na mga na lay off sa Accenture at People Support tulad ng napanood ko
sa Probe.

Sa tingin niyo, dadami pa ba ang call centers tulad ng prediction ng government or unti unti na itong babagsak?

well, hindi lang call centers ang nanganganib.. nabalita na sa tv na nagtanggalan ng libu-libong empleyado sa mga semicon sa laguna technopark...sad for my fellow ece's na andun...at buti na lang hindi ako napunta sa career na yun..

very bad ang business ngayon.intel ngsara na.
ang pinakaworst dito ay ang AMKOR - 30%  ata ng workforce nila matatanggal.
they have 11k personnels so 3k plus mawawalan trabaho.
sa company namen ang nakakatawa.honestly kkukonti gawa sa work,madami tao.and our company
are planning to have an ave of 20days planned shutdown this comming edsa day and another on may 1st.
ganyan kalala ang situation - but the funny thing is they are hiring new personnels.kalokohan.
mgpapabayad na sana ako kaso ayaw ng voluntary.sana mkgkaroon na ng voluntary resignation im sick and tired na sa comp na un hehehe panget management.

malas ko naman.. kung kelan graduating na ko.. ito pa dadatnan ko..  >:(

magdedealer na lang ako ng shabu palagi pang indemand.. :D :D :D :D   tapos kung maganda performance malaking tyansa mapromote ka sa pagiging drug lord :D :D :D

May future pa rin talaga dahil mas mababa pa rin ang bayad nila pag nag offshore sila ng mga accounts nila.

Depende lang talaga sa account na mapupuntahan mo.

Zilog?buhay pa pala un? :D obsolete na Zilog ngayon.
companies na ok applyan are:
1. Texas Instruments Bagiuo
2. Analog Devices in Gen Trias
3. On Semicon - maliit at di ako nagagandahan sa facilities but the offer is great daw.
4. Rohm - mahigpit,ave lg.
5. Amkor - maganda kaso grabe ang layoff dito pg ngkacrisis.

hindi pa obsolete ZILOG bro.. operating pa sila...yung nasa parañaque.. nag-apply ako dun dati kaso mas nauna dumating tong work ko ngayon...

dito sa amin, kakatayo lang ng dalawang call center.. sutherland - gumagana na.. citel - malapit ng ma-open.. pero meron din nagsara at malapit na magsara.. sanyo sarado na, IWS unti unti binabawasan mga empleyado, dahil malapit na itong magsara.. etong dalawang to ang bumubuhay sa ibang tarlaqueño..

kawawa nga ung friend kong si scroolflux, member din cya dito sa PS.. Accenture siya eh, yun nga lay off din daw sila at posibleng matanggal daw siya..  >:(
Tpos yung inapplyan kong ETelecare, iinterviewin na sana ako thru fone pero tinanggihan ko na kasi napabalita ata na pati Etelecare eh pasara na rin..

hindi po mga call center agents ang tinanggal sa accenture kundi yung mga nasa back office lang. redundancy ang reason. as far as aegis peoplesupport is concern, wala pong nangyaring tanggalan and as a matter of fact, continuous hiring pa rin sila.  toast::

kaya nga eh.. Hindi talaga magagalaw yung mga call centers sa pinas unless yung mga clients mismo ang mag pull out ng account nila. Continuous hiring pa rin and nag raramp pa mga call centers.

may future parin ang BPO's
depende parin sa mga clients na makukuha
nila yung magiging kalalabasan ng business nila dito

pero tignan natin kung anong epekto mararananasan natin dito
 kapag pinatupad na ni OBAMA yung pagbibigay ng
tax incentives sa mga company sa us
na hindi mag outsource sa ibang bansa

it well depend on the bpo's account, kasi mas makakatipid sila sa outsourcesing eh,
and yes Intel recently announced na magsasara na sila but i forgot the number of employee's na mawawalan ng trabaho eh..

Tingin ko di talaga mgsasara callcenters dito.
1 reason, ang labor dito sa atin is very cheap.alam ko ave na sahod sa US ng callcenter agent is 100kphp
  dito sa atin ave is 15-20k lg,sa province naman 10-14k ata.they save a lot.
2 US companies are very concern sa feedback,sa pg handle sa problems ng mga customers nila.They value their            customers because they know pg hindi satisfied mga customers di na bibili ulit sa kanila.so one way na rin to to increase their sales - they really need it since crisis naman.Call centers are not manufacturing dept.Manufacturing depts were the ones that was hit the hardest.
3 And Americans prefer Filipinos kesa sa mga Indians - magaling mg English mga pinoy,malambing ang boses...and above all MABANGO!indians = MABAHO   :D

yung intel 2007 pa bali-balita sa min sa cavite na magsasara...ngayong year pa lang talaga yata matutuloy yun..

buhay pa din mga BPO companies..kaya pa yan..dun kasi work ko..hehe
