full HD lcd vs lcdtv hd ready?

espiyas, konting tulong lang.
nahihirapan ako ano ba mas maganda?
gusto ko sana bumili ng lcdtv. kaso yung pinakacheap is around 17-20k. hd ready lang nakalagay
then may nakita akong lcd screen, benq naman. full HD na 1080p. it's around 13k. if eto bibilhin ko, i will be going to need a tv tuner box. yung pang pc.. to connect yung cable.

mostly for watching cable and dvd lang naman gagawin ko. and i want to also watch yung mga HD movies..

ano ba mas ok? is there something missing?

tingin ko lcd tv. bili ka na lang din ng hdmi para sa movie purposes.

kung ano meron ako? wala.. :D a cheap dvd player?
kasi balak ko din manood ng HD movies from hdd. yung mga parang popcorn hour na NMT

mas maganda dispaly features ng BenQ..mas mataas resolution and contrast ratio..wala nga lang rf input..pareho sila may hdmi...pero mas marami input/output capability yung samsung and sabi, may PC input(D-sub) din...

well, dun sa samsung di ka na bibili ng sinasabi mong tv tuner box for pc..mas mahal man sya, pwede mo rin naman kabit sa pc..advantage kasi nya, maraming interfaces..kung ease of use ang hinahanap mo, mas mainam yun.. pero kung mas focused ka sa display features, para saken mas ok yung benq..

masusulit mo lang ang full HD kung makakapagplay ka ng mga 1080p's like a PS3, 360 or Blu-ray movies.. pero kung hanggang 720p or lower lang, sa HD-ready solve ka na.. :D

it will display 720p quality, as long as it can accept a 1080p signal.. pero yung mga new models naman, kaya na yun.. :D

HD Ready - capable sya to accept HD signals but may not able display at full resolution 1920x1080
Full HD - capable to accept HD signals and able to display full resolution

yung 1080p, yun yung full HD whereas yung 720p, ehh yun ang HD ready..

so kung magpplay ka ng 1080p sa HD Ready, i-scale down nya yung 1080p sa capacity ng HD-ready so magsusuffer yung resolution mo...

depende sa source na paggagamitan mo paps

kung ps3, blu ray movies go for the 1080p although pwede din 720p ito

for me samsung na lang sure pa ang after sales service

hindi ko kasi masyado maappreciate kapag 22 lng ang laki kahit 1080p
for me, parang 720p siya onti lang difference

nice WD TV HD player for mkv HD 1080p/720p movies yan noh?  ;D

i would say kung bigger screen kukunin mo go for FULL HD for smaller screen naman ok na ang HD Ready kasi meron ako 36" inch LCD HDTV (720p) ready sakin ok na siya kasi sayang ang pera mo kung smaller screen tapos full hd capability sayang naman maxado siya maganda para sa maliit na screen gets?hehe make sure prang mad upgraded firmware yun kukunin mo WDTV the best yan upscaler budget friendly pa

sakin oo 26" medyo bitin pa yun bro hindi worth it alam mo yun maganda siya FULL HD nga pero prang may kulang  sabagay magiipon ka pa naman kaya mo yun lalo na by that time bagsak presyo na yun

sabi sakin 720p can maxed out until 1080i. pero ganun pa din di siya full hd. anyway, kung 22" ang gagamitin mo , IMHO, I would prefer to go to 720p. pero kung nasa around 36" and above kana kelangan na ng 1080p medyo di na enjoy manood kung 720p pa ang resolution mo. try considering contrast ratio and rate ng lcd they make an impact as well.

eto gamit ko Full HD LCD TV 1080p naka DVI-HDMI connection

WARINING: pag nag 1280x720(or 720p) at 1650x1080 or 1920x1080(both 1080p) ka ang USUAL MAX Refresh rate ng mga LCD na older na labas or models is ONLY 60hz kaya maninibago kayo sa resolution kasi nasanay tayo ng 70-85hz

UNLESS the LCD specifies 120hz capability you can assume higher resolutions can only run on lower refresh rates
